노키아 770은 64MB까지 밖에 스왑파일이 생성되지 않는다. 

스왑파티션을 사용할 경우 컴이 느려지는건 알고 있으나, 노키아 770은 램 64MB라는 용량이 무색하게

너무나 많은 다운이 일어난다. 램부족으로 인한 다운으로 사료된다. 

현재 64MB로 가상 메모리(Virtual Memory)를 성정해 주지만 이마저 소용이 없는것 같다. 

어차피 미니 기기 이니 빠른 속도는 바라지도 않는다. (노키아770의 CPU는 '블랙잭(울트라 모바일)' 전화기와 같다고 한다.) 어차피 내가 보유한 사사미(mits M430)보다 CPU가 딸려서 실망하고 있지만,(구형보다 떨어지다니...) 아무튼..

이런 명령이 필요하다고 하였으나, 문제는 바로 노키아에서 Xterm으로 실행시 다운되거나 꺼져 버린다는 것이었다.

방법은 SSH를 이용하는 것이다. OpenSSH를 노키아에 설치하고 PC쪽에선 PuTTY를 설치해 무선으로 연결해 주는 것이다. 그뒤 명령을 해 준다. 접속법은 일단 사용자 - root, 비번을 쳐주면 된다. 만약 비번을 모르겠다면, 노키아에서 Xterm으로 가서

sudo gainroot

passwd root

비번

비번

해주면 된다.ㅋㅋ

Taking the Paper Out of Morning Paper

K: Reading the front page over a cup of coffee might be headed in a digital direction. On this week’s Eco Solutions, Frederik Pleitgen show us how engineers are putting a new twist on the morning paper and how this new gadget might help save trees around the world.
